Covaderm Plus is a multi-layered compostie wound dressing that is ideal for pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, chronic secreting lesions, surgical incisions, diabetic ulcers, and many other types of wounds. Covaderm Plus Adhesive Dressing is made of 4 layers: Non-adherent contact layer, absorbent pad, polyurethan barrier film, and adhesive fabric border tape. Can be used as a primary or secondary dressing. Available in 4 sizes: 2" x 2" (# 46-400), 4" x 4" (# 46-401), 6" x 6" (# 46-402), and 6" x 8" (# 46-403).
