HighTideHealth Shipping Information & Shipping Policy


Priority Mail: USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed time service. The USPS gives a range of 1-3 days for delivery with the following disclaimer: "Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed." Therefore, we do not refund for Priority Mail missed delivery times. At this time US Mail is unusually slow with lengthy delays.

Due to extreme delays and lost packages, we have discontinued International Shipping during this time. Our apologies to our faithful and long-standing international customers. We will resume service as soon as possible.

  • Orders totaling over $25* ship are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping. (Continental USA Only) (*before applicable sales tax.)
  • Orders under $25 ship for a Flat Rate of $6.95. (Continental USA Only) (A few exclusions apply--see below.)
  • Select "Standard Shipping" for free or flat rate shipping.
  • The "Free Shipping" and "Flat Rate" delivery carrier is selected by HighTideHealth. Depending where you live, Standard Shipping arrives in approximately 2-6 business days. (Average is 3-4 days)
  • Please provide a shipping address that will accept United States Mail, UPS or FedEx. If you are uncertain on how we will ship, please provide both US Mail and Ground delivery addresses.
  • Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for "Free Shipping" or "Flat Rate Shipping" and are sent via USPS Priority Mail at the posted rate.
  • Overnight or Second Day shipping are not eligible for "Free Shipping" and are shipped at the posted rates.
  • International orders are not eligible for "Free Shipping" and are shipped at the posted rates.
  • If you have a carrier preferences, please write a note in the COMMENTS section during checkout.
  • Due to their weight or size, not all items are available for shipment to Hawaii or Alaska, Canada, or expedite shipping.
  • If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company, HighTideHealth.com cannot be held liable for any exchange with a forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by USPS, UPS or FedEx, HighTideHealth.com is no longer liable for the package. Please be aware that merchandise purchased through HighTideHealth.com is only warranted within the United States.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. UPS and FedEx do not pick-up on Saturday.
  • There are no shipments on weekends or US Federal Holidays.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING - PRIORITY MAIL, FED-EX 2ND DAY AIR AND OVERNIGHT

  • Delivery estimates do not include the date shipped. The first business day starts counting after the shipment date. Every delivery service operates this way. As an example, if you order on Monday night, your order will ship Tuesday. The first business day would be Wednesday.

    2nd Day and Overnight shipments delayed by weather or disrupted by the COVID-19 closures will be not be guaranteed by FedEx, UPS or USPS.

    • Time Deadline: Orders requesting expedited shipping must be received before 2:00 pm Eastern Time in order to be processed the same day (Monday-Friday). No Second Day or Overnight shipments are shipped or delivered on weekend days or holidays. The USPS, UPS or Fedex and, therefore we, will NOT refund fees for items that were delayed by "Acts of Nature" (i.e. weather).
    • Priority Mail: USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed time service. The USPS gives a range of 1-3 days for delivery with the following disclaimer: "Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed." Therefore, we do not refund for Priority Mail missed delivery times. If you absolutely need something in 1-2 days, please use FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day Air.
    • Carriers: FedEx, UPS and USPS
    • Weekend and Holidays: 2nd Day and Overnight shipments are NOT shipped or delivered on the weekends or holidays. If you select 2nd Day on Thursday, your package will not be delivered until Monday. 2nd Day Shipments placed on Fridays are not delivered until Tuesday. Likewise, Overnight orders purchased on Friday are not delivered until Monday. Overnight orders placed on the weekends are not delivered until Tuesday. Saturday delivery is available by request only. Please call us at 1-877-437-0754 for a pricing quote or if you need clarification on the time in transit and delivery date. Please make sure your address is correct. We do not issue shipping charge refunds on expedited shipping for weather delays and incorrect/incomplete addresses that are missing apartment or suite numbers.
    • Heavy or Oversized Items: Not all items are eligible for expedited shipping. If you select an item that is not eligible for a certain shipping method, you will receive an error message across the top portion of your screen. If you select expedited shipping on an ineligible item, your shipping method will be converted to UPS ground and the additional expedited shipping charges refunded to your original method of payment.

    DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS:

    Our shipping department team members have been trained to pack your order carefully to ensure that your order is complete and delivered to you in good condition and contain the correct number of items. However, the shipping carriers can sometimes damage even the best packaging. (We've been doing this awhile -- you'd be surprised what we have seen.) If your package has been damaged by the shipping carrier or we made a mistake in shipping you the correct item, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery. At no cost to you, we will notify the carrier and they will pick-up the damaged package and we will do our part by sending you a replacement immediately.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

    You select which method of shipment you would like us to send your order. The applicable shipping rates will appear after you enter your zip code and province (not including any taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees). Please review our International Shipment policy carefully. Some methods do not have trackable delivery and are selected at your own risk. Click here to review our International Shipping Policy in its entirety. International orders are not eligible for "Free Shipping" or "Flat Rate Shipping." International orders are non-returnable.
