Dermagran B Hydrophilic Wound Dressing is available in two forms: Gel and Impregnated Gauze. Either form of Dermagran B contains Derma Sciences' zinc-nutrient formulation that features balanced pH technology, vitamins A and B6, calcium and magnesium. Dermagran hydrophilic wound dressings are ideal for pressure ulcers (Stages II-IV), tissue trauma, surgical incisions, partial thicknes thermal burns, and diabetic and venous stasis ulcers. It provides a moist and mildy acidic wound healing environment. The gel is available in a 3oz tube and the impregnated sterile gauze is available in 3 sizes.
