Mepore Island Dressings are made of a nonwoven viscose and coated with a polymer layer. The Mepore Dressing has a water-based polyacrylate adhesive which makes for a gentle, yet secure, self-adhesive dressing. It is ideal for low to moderately exuding wounds. It has good absorption and solvent-free adhesive. Available in 3 sizes.
