Molnlycke Mesalt Dressing is a sodium impregnated gauze that not only absorbs wound exudate and necrotic material, but it also stimulates the cleansing of wounds. This combination helps facilitate the wounds natural healing process. Mesalt Gauze is ideal for heavily draining and discharging infected wounds, deep cavity wounds, pressure ulcers, and surgical wounds. Once applied, cover with Alldress, Mepore, and Mepilex Border (All sold separately. See below). Available in 4 sizes:
