DeRoyal Sofsorb Dressings are a highly absorbent wound dressing that has a five layer construction. A Sofsorb dressing features a non-adherent wound contact layer, a stay-dry liner, a highly absorbent center layer, a cellulose layer, and air-permeable backing. These dressings can be soaked with saline or topical agents prior to use. Can be used as a primary or secondary dressing. They are soft and pliable. Latex free. Each dressing is 4" x 6".
