An Oval Swell Spot by L&R (formerly Solaris) is versatile and easy to use with a simple, multi-purpose design that can be placed in many areas including: Inside the hand splints, along the ulnar aspect of the forearm, and the groin. Sold separately, each pad is 8cm wide x 19cm height (approximately 3" x 7-1/2"). Machine wash and dry.
