The Scrotum Swell Spot by L&R (formerly Solaris) was designed to gently cradle scrotum. It accommodates up to 27 cm of scrotal circumference. Sold separately, each pad is 34cm wide x 53cm height (approximately 13-1/4" x 21"). Machine wash and dry.
