The Sweet Spot Swell Spot by L&R (formerly Solaris) was designed by Melissa Dettmer, M/P, CLT-LANA to address residual and transient pelvic floor swelling in pregnant and postpartum clients. Also treats perineum and labia swelling. The one-sided non-skid surface prevents shifting and can worn inside, over, or between underwear. Sold separately, each pad measures 7cm x 15cm (2-3/4" x 6"). Machine wash and dry.
